The short version
Analytics and advertising cookies run from your first page view. When you arrive you will see a short notice saying so, with a link to Privacy Settings, where you can switch either category off. You can reach the same settings at any time from the Cookie preferences link in the footer of every page, or from the button further down this page.
If you switch a category off we stop loading those tools from that moment on, and we remember the choice on your device so you do not have to make it again.
What always runs
These are strictly necessary and cannot be switched off, because the site would not function correctly without them:
- Cloudflare Turnstile — protects our contact and estimate forms from automated abuse.
- Your privacy choices — we store them in your browser so we do not ask again on every page.
- Marketing attribution parameters — if you arrive from an ad or a campaign link, we keep those parameters in your browser so that if you later submit a form we know which campaign to credit. This stays on your device and is not shared with anyone unless and until you submit a form to us.
Analytics — on unless you switch them off
- Google Analytics, loaded through Google Tag Manager — how many people visit, which pages they read, and which pages they leave from.
- Microsoft Clarity — records how pages are used, including mouse movement, scrolling, clicks, and text typed into forms. We use it to find broken or confusing parts of the site.
Advertising — on unless you switch it off
- Meta (Facebook) pixel — lets us measure which Facebook and Instagram ads bring people to the site, and lets Meta show our ads to people who have visited it.
- Google advertising signals — the equivalent measurement for our Google campaigns.
These vendors receive information about your visit and may use it for their own purposes under their own privacy policies. If you would rather they did not, switch Personalized Advertising off in Privacy Settings.
Switching these off
You can change your mind at any time using the Cookie preferences link in the footer of every page, or right here:
That opens Privacy Settings with your current choices. Anything you switch off stops loading immediately and stays off on this device; a tool already running on the page you are looking at finishes when you navigate or reload.
You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and most browsers offer a “do not track” or global privacy control signal. Blocking strictly necessary cookies may stop our forms from working.
