The short version
We do not load any analytics or advertising tool until you tell us we may. When you first arrive you will see a banner with Accept all, Reject all, and a preferences panel. Until you choose, the only things running are the ones the site cannot work without.
What always runs
These are strictly necessary and cannot be switched off, because the site would not function correctly without them:
- Cloudflare Turnstile — protects our contact and estimate forms from automated abuse.
- Your consent choice — we store your decision in your browser so we do not ask again on every page.
- Marketing attribution parameters — if you arrive from an ad or a campaign link, we keep those parameters in your browser so that if you later submit a form we know which campaign to credit. This stays on your device and is not shared with anyone unless and until you submit a form to us.
Analytics — only with your consent
- Google Analytics, loaded through Google Tag Manager — how many people visit, which pages they read, and which pages they leave from.
- Microsoft Clarity — records how pages are used, including mouse movement, scrolling, clicks, and text typed into forms. We use it to find broken or confusing parts of the site.
Advertising — only with your consent
- Meta (Facebook) pixel — lets us measure which Facebook and Instagram ads bring people to the site, and lets Meta show our ads to people who have visited it.
- Google advertising signals — the equivalent measurement for our Google campaigns.
These vendors receive information about your visit and may use it for their own purposes under their own privacy policies. That is why they are off unless you turn them on.
Changing or withdrawing your choice
You can change your mind at any time using the Cookie preferences link in the footer of every page, or right here:
That clears your stored decision and brings the banner back. New tracking stops immediately; anything already loaded on the page you are looking at finishes when you navigate or reload.
You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and most browsers offer a “do not track” or global privacy control signal. Blocking strictly necessary cookies may stop our forms from working.
