What Miller's Tree Service Does
Tree Removal and Stump Grinding
We remove dead, damaged, and unwanted trees, including large trees over houses and driveways. After the removal, we can grind the stump below ground so you can use that part of the yard again.
Tree Pruning
We remove dead branches, improve structure, and give limbs room to grow. An arborist decides which cuts to make and explains why before the crew starts.
Plant Health Care
When a tree is declining, we find the cause before we treat it. We identify insects and disease, check what the soil is missing, and build a treatment plan.
Hazard Inspections and Storm Prep
An arborist assesses the trees near your home, driveway, or business and tells you which ones are a risk. Before hurricane season, we remove weak limbs and other hazards.
Tree Preservation, Mitigation, and Structural Support
If you build near trees you want to keep, we plan the work around their roots. We install cables, braces, and lightning protection where they can save a tree. When a permit requires replacement planting, we plan it and document it.
24-Hour Emergency Tree Service
If a tree falls on your roof, car, or driveway, call us at any hour. Emergency calls get an immediate response, and we document the damage for your insurance claim.

Our Team
The Team Behind Miller's Tree Service
Drew Miller started Miller's Tree Service in 1999 with a truck and a chainsaw. Drew is a Tallahassee native and a United States Marine Corps veteran. He still meets customers on job sites and competes in our annual climbing competition.
Partners Bryan Wilson, Clay Culpepper, and Tim Walters are part of the leadership team. Tim Walters is a Board Certified Master Arborist.
Our team includes 9 ISA Certified Arborists, sales arborists who write estimates, and the climbing and ground crews who do the work. We are locally owned and operated, and many of our team members have been with us for years.

An arborist visits your property
The visit is typically within one or two business days. Wait times depend on the time of year. The arborist walks the property with you and listens before recommending anything.
You get a written estimate the same day
We send the written estimate on the day of the visit. The estimate is free, and there is no obligation.
We schedule the work
When you approve the estimate, we put the job on the schedule. The crew cleans up the work area before it leaves.
