Tim Walters joined Miller's Tree Service in 2012 after more than a decade in the tree care industry. He started as a climber and foreman and now serves as Head of Operations, leading day-to-day field execution with a relentless focus on safety, quality, and efficiency.
Leading from the Field
Tim recently earned the ISA Board Certified Master Arborist (BCMA) credential, the highest level of certification offered by the International Society of Arboriculture. The BCMA is exceptionally rare (fewer than 2% of ISA Certified Arborists hold it) and requires passing an extensive, scenario-based exam. Tim is the only active commercial BCMA in Tallahassee and one of the only ones in North Florida.
He's active in the Florida ISA chapter, serving on its Education Committee and volunteering at the annual Florida State Climbing Championships.
Off the Clock
Originally from Cheyenne, Wyoming, Tim lives in Wakulla County with his wife, Christen, and their two children, Pauly and Ivy Anne. Outside of work, he's usually hunting, fishing, or camping with his family.
"Hard work, punctuality, and integrity always pay off."
