TCIA — the Tree Care Industry Association — is the national organization that sets professional standards for the tree care industry. Their accreditation program is the most comprehensive third-party credential in our field. To earn it, a company has to pass an independent audit covering business practices, safety programs, employee training, equipment maintenance, and ethics. It's not a membership or a sticker you buy — it's a process that takes time, documentation, and a genuine commitment to doing this work the right way.
We went through it because we wanted an outside set of eyes to confirm what we already believed: that the way we run this company holds up to scrutiny.
